Con éxito concluyó el Primer Congreso Internacional de BPM en Chile |

BPM Center, Departamento de Informática de la USM con su misión de promocionar, difundir y dinamizar el BPM "Business Process Management" y las tecnologías que lo automatizan, realizó el primer Congreso Anual de BPM, al cual acudieron mas de 200 particpantes, con importantes oradores internacionales y expertos, casos de éxito reales, y en esta ocasión, con dos foros especializados : Gestión & Negocio y Tecnología con la exposición de Proveedores World Class. El Sr. José Rodriguez Rector de la Universidad Federico Santa María abrió la sesión plenaría recalcando lo importante que es reunir estas comteencias en el país y de acercar el mundo académico con las organizaciones públicas y el mundo empresarial. "Chile como nación exportadora está inserto en los mercados globales, por tanto las empresas que participan en estos mercados requieren cumplir con los altos niveles de eficiencia exigidos por estos. Organizaciones de clase mundial saben que BPM es el secreto para lograr agilidad de negocio y de esta forma responder al desafío de adaptarse constantemente a las nuevas condiciones del mercado."
